Now, here are a few do's, don'ts and policies that are required to be posted for the clients protection as well as mine. No Keeping the advisor on the Phone Past Your Purchased Time. For example, if you purchased a 30 minute reading, please don't push or expect the advisor to stay on the phone past 35 minutes tops. I don't mind going past the amount of purchased minutes to finish up a question but do mind being taken advantage of. All sessions are timed. If the session is concluded by the client before the alloted time, the session is considered complete. THERE ARE NO CARRY OVERS FROM ONE SESSION TO ANOTHER. NO GROUPIES NOR PERSONAL EMAILS/CALLS: I do appreciate your loyalty of my profession but I cannot respond to excessive email or IM's that do not pertain to getting a session. In other words, if you have a problem and you email me to ask for advice, please set up a session to see what's up. If you want to just talk or vent, I really cannot respond because there are too many people that need help and I need to give them priority. NO JUDGEMENTAL PREACHING. I do my work as prophecy, divine counsel and divine affirmations on this site because I believe in empowering peoples lives to reach for the divine, for God, The Son of and the Holy Spirit. If you do not believe in this or have an aversion to it, you can tell me that it is not for you, but DO NOT preach that it's bad or anything like that; THAT is NOT biblical nor is it in the highest good. You will be asked to take it somewhere else. NO STALKERS!! This should be self-explanatory! Any "Stalker" or "Predator" type messages or threats to personal safety towards the advisor are taken very seriously and will be turned over to the authorities. |
I am not a mind-reader nor do I judge. If you provide false information or ask me a question where you already know the answer/outcome, it will result in a less than favourable reading. I tell the truth as I am guided. I DO NOT offer false hopes or "quick fixes". You may not like what you hear but the information you receive will be honest and compassionate. If you are upset and angry please take a few moments to gather your thoughts before you call me, so I can channel Christ-centered healing to you whilst providing you the reading/counsel. Everything happens in Divine Order. However, I don't do what is typically known as a "psychic reading". The work that I do with the Holy Spirit on behalf of my clients is NOT about fortune-telling, or being a psychic, etc. My purpose is to NOT create any type of "dependency", whereby people keep coming back again and again wanting me to make the decision for them. It is also best NOT to jump from psychic to psychic looking for a particular answer. This creates the tendency to worry, panic, doubt, and sometimes cause things to go opposite. You also end up spending more money. So, at the end of a reading, take awhile to soak it in, pray and think about it. I WILL NEVER tell you that you have to have to force any outcome that is against God's will; whether bring someone that doesnt love you back or anything unrighteously manipulative. Those who claim these things, are not ethical and you should stay away from. My life and my work is about EMPOWERING PEOPLE.. Guiding you to rely on the One who TRULY secures your life & future. |
I (Divine Readings) WILL NOT be held responsible for ANY action you take as a result of the reading. So, please, THINK AND PRAY BEFORE YOU ACT. Any advice/guidance you receive IS NOT a substitute for professional advice that you would normally receive from a licensed professional such as a physician, lawyer or financial advisor. I DO NOT predict death, stocks, investments, gambling or lottery of any sort, nor do I make medical diagnoses. I DO NOT provide readings to those under the age of 18 or to those who may risk a potential conflict of interest. Divine Readings also has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at anytime, with or without any notice. It is YOUR responsibility to contact Divine Readings should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. IT IS YOUR responsibility to contact Divine Readings to recieve your session. It is REQUIRED that you contact Divine Readings 24-48 hours in advance by phone or email. Any promotional specials or incentive programs from Divine Readings CAN be cancelled or changed WITH or WITHOUT any notice at anytime. Session rates are also subject to change at ANYTIME with or WITHOUT any notice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS issued, unless investigated and proved fraudulent. Any chargebacks or cancelations/rescheduling that are short of 24 hours in advance WILL BE BILLED a $45.00 fee. Divine Readings is SERIOUS about security and confidentiality. ALL client and billing information is NEVER released UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Any contact between the client and Divine Readings is kept on log to ensure proper billing and for tax purposes. For ALL appointments & call-in's, once the session has begun, there is NO REFUND. For all missed appointments or if your appointment has not been canceled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a cancellation/ No Show fee of $45.00 for phone sessions and cancelled email reading orders or the full amount of the deposit of the in person session rate. For in-person sessions, a deposit of half the base rate is required to secure your in-person session. ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS ARE BILLED ON THE DAY RECIEVED AND CONFIRMED. This secures your appointment with Divine Readings and ensures that payment is recieved for services rendered. You will recieve an email or be mailed a reciept to keep for your records. . Once a session is paid for and is either the full length of time or a few minutes short, it will be billed as the length of time purchased. If you are unavailable at time of appointment, up to 2 attempts will be made to contact you by phone and/or email. The reason for this is because many times in the past, appointments have been set and they have not been available at time of appointment and also when they cancel at the last minute. This causes an interference in my time that can be used to help someone in need. By requesting a session with Divine Readings (including any free sessions of promotional sessions), you agree to indemnify Cally and her business from all legal claims (libel, defamation, breach of privacy, intellectual property, or otherwise) and from all liabilities and expenses, including any legal expenses. Cally and her ministry/business DO NOT endorse external sites represented in ads, nor do those ads or sites represent any opinion, suggestion, warranty, guarantee or any other claim or promise from Divine Readings. Personal information necessary to process your credit/debit card will be kept confidential unless you are breaking the law. No unsolicited email will be sent to the email address you provide, except regarding orders, follow up to your comments or questions, or other matters requiring personal communication with you. When you submit feedback, you agree to waive all rights of ownership or copyright for your comments, meaning that they may be published, and you have the option of using your name or an alias for confidentiality.
