Disclaimer:  You agree and understand that You MUST be at least 18yrs of age for this service. For legal purposes, Divine Readings(By Sarajane) is for entertainment purposes like any other psychic service.  Ms Sarajane(DivineReadings) IS NOT and WILL NOT be held liable nor responsible for ANY action the client may or may not take as a result of any readings via phone/text msgs/emails. Once readings begin and payment is received, the SALE IS FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Should live readings be cut short by the client of their session time paid; (i.e 15mins runs into 12mins) and they terminate the session, the rate charged is the rate charged, and NO refunds. NO MEDICAL, MENTAL nor GAMBLING nor LEGAL advice is NOT and WILL NOT be given.

Policy & Terms:   Divine Readings(By Sarajane) HAS THE RIGHT to terminate the session, with or without reason, in addition should the client become verbally abusive and/or threatening.  At this time,  Divine Readings does not offer "free" or "try before You buy" readings.  Unless running a promotion here at this website or on social media sites such as Facebook & Twitter.   Attempts to "negotiate" a price for these sessions will result in being banned from Her Social Media Pages and this website.   Please do not call or message unless ordering a reading. Apostle Sarajane appreciates Her fans and followers, however cannot respond to random messages.  As Sarajane is a disciple of Lord Jesus Christ, and tries Her best to not harsh preach, please do not do the same to preach or spread hate because you do not agree.   Any readings that attempt the client to be abusive and use foul language WILL result in the call being disconnected and still be charged the full rate of the reading.

Billing:

​All transactions are processed securely via Paypal Business. Billing will appear as "DivineReadings" on your credit card/bank statement. Once the session is paid for and begins; the sale IS FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS. There are no using the paid time to "split up" these minutes purchased.  For scheduled appointments; once the session is confirmed, and paid for, the sale is FINAL.  Should You need to cancel or reschedule, PLEASE do so NO LATER than  2 days EST before your scheduled reading appointment.  Do so by emailing Me or text message direct.   Any no-shows or cancellations after this time, WILL result in a $35 cancellation fee(debited out of the reading rate You initially scheduled).   This website is PCI compliant and monitored by TRUSTGUARD. Cookies used to access this website are used for purposes of display and NOT used to track and spam.  We take billing security SERIOUSLY and ANY fraud potential is blocked and reported.  To report any fraud charges and potential, please drop Me an email at support@divinereadings.com fraud is detected and proven; expect a refund within 2-8 business days.   For your safety and protection, your credit card information is not stored on our servers. Our payment gateway provider, Paypal Merchant Services, keeps this information encrypted and secure on your behalf.

Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred,
or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of
the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product
or service requested by the customer.
